• Practice includes corporate finance, structuring, public-private partnerships and international project financing, as well as in intellectual and industrial property. He also has specific industry experience in the mining, energy, air transport, telecommunications, construction and hotel sectors

Professional activities:

• Arbitrator registered with the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA, an OHADA institution) and the Mali Conciliation and Arbitration Center (CECAM)
• Publications: contributes to drafting a number of texts as a legal advisor both in Mali and at the Community level, also publishes numerous scientific works
• Teaching: Lecturer at the University of Nantes (France), University of Bamako in Mali, ERSUMA (Ecole Régionale Supérieure de la Magistrature, an OHADA institution) in Benin
• Memberships: International Lawyers’ Association (UIA), founding member and President of the International Network for Scientific Research in Africa (Réseau International pour la Recherche Scientifique en Afrique (RIRSA)
• Participates in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), a professional exchange program financed by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs
